ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - 17TH SEPTEMBER, 2009 At the Annual General Meeting held on 17th September, 2009 the Report and Accounts as audited and certified for the period ended 20th February, 2009 were adopted. The retiring Directors who offered themselves for re-election were all re-elected. Messrs Grant Thornton UK LLP were re-appointed as the Association's auditors.
