Although these two entities have been on the SDN list for some time, certain exemptions have been available in relation to humanitarian and agricultural cargoes. However, the recent designation of these entities under EO 13382 means that all transactions will be prohibited as of 8th June, 2020. Members involved in any trade with these entities are advised to seek advice.
