COVID-19 Clauses
The Covid-19 crisis has highlighted the need for parties to include clauses in their contracts which address the risks posed by an outbreak of an infectious disease. Various different clauses have been developed, catering for different situations. We set out below some of the more common clauses and Members are invited to contact the Association for information or assistance with the drafting or interpretation of more bespoke clauses.
